Are legal expenses shared in condo arbitration case?

Question:

I was the plaintiff in an condo arbitration matter with a mediator who found in my favor.  My association claimed I caused $20,000 in legal fees and expected me to be responsible for these fees - as I stated, "their claim was denied,

At open condo meetings (without my being present) our President constantly referred to me as " - .a "nuisance " a "owner who sends frivolous emails".  Apparently, my emails were not frivolous as they contained FACTS that win my case.

My question is this. At the condo meetings the President told owners that, "if the association does not prevail in this case, all owners will share in the legal expenses".

Am I to be considered part of this pay out as I am an owner or excused from this as I was the plaintiff in this matter who won?
