Can California former owner sue for moving costs?

Question:

condo-harrassmentDuring the 4 years I lived in a condo with a HOA and property management company, I was harassed on a monthly basis by the property management company and also given fines without notice.

I do believe that the property management represntative and I had a personality conflict that contributed to the relentless harassment.

Because of this I decided to sell my condo. Can I file a lawsuit against them for my financial losses I suffered as a result of selling my condo? Or at least for my very expensive moving costs?

I have plenty of hard copy documentation of the harassment in forms of pictures, emails, written letters and attorney's letters from the property management company that can support my harassment claim.
