Condo manager refuse to show some financial records. I made an appointment for myself and my husband to go to the office and review financial records , They told me only one of us can go over there ,so I went there and there was one of board members and the manager , when I asked for some extra document , she got to defensive and she started yelling at me and talking to me loudly , I just wanted to know if 5 board members pay on their condo fee and their assessment fee or they get special treatment , she refused to show that and she told me it is against the law to show me their personal checks!! I told her how I am supposed to know if they are not paying and she said , you have to trust me that is it , by the way she locked the door and I got scared since I was alone with 2 people I felt that they are trying to bullying me so I opened the door , their behavior is so weird and she tried to close the door and I told her you better not locking that door and she said I have to do this , I told her you better not yelling at me when you talk to me cause I am recording your voice , she immediately removed all the records from the table in front of me and said to me , you have no permission to record me , and I will not let you to stay here anymore . I did not record anything I was bluffing , I realized this people are like mafia , the board member and manager are so close to each othe and manager is a solo manager without license and insurance hired by board member(45k a year) and they kiss her ass and vice-versa . what can I do with this situation ?
