Question:
Our board purchased a unit in our building that they are renting out. Does the board have to ASK OWNERS IF THIS IS APPROVED - VOTED TO PURCHASE - ADVISE MEMBERS BEFORE PURCHASE IS MADE?
We do not even know where this rent money is going or being applied! Thank you
