How can language regarding Condo Association's First Right of Refusal not be considered discrimination toward veterans? Every thing I've read says it only mean that the Association has the first right to purchase your condo if meeting the current asking price or find another purchaser to purchase your unit. The VA will not accept language allowing First Right of refusal. The Florida Condo Act does not address Veterans in any way. I was denied benefits I earned through service to my country. How can this be acceptable?
