The management company was emailed Jan. 26 with a cc: to the treasurer although he seems more like President regarding my garage roof leaking from rain and that although it had stopped leaking I would like something done so there aren't any mold or major damage to the interior garage ceiling. As of today two plus months and major rain and leaking still nothing. There are stains all over the roof plus possibly mold in a few areas. What can I do since I am in the process of doing minor things in order to sell. I am going to have to do the front porch steps due to my, delivery personnel and visitors safety. That issue was requested three months ago..I will go after the money in small claims but all the other that has not been done will certainly affect the chance of my getting a higher price..only took 28 yrs. but I give and I'm outta here ASAP..any suggestions other than spend money to fix it all myself and hope I don't get fined or who knows what..my neighbor finally had it done since he kept waiting..that was before my leak and rain.
