Question:
We have an owner with a Pit Bull. Our R & R says no dogs over 35 lbs, and no aggressive dogs like Pit Bulls.
The pet owner produced a letter from a doctor saying she needed the dog for emotional support because she was disabled.
The dog did jump at a small child, and the owners don't clean up the dog messes. She threatened to sue us if we had the dog removed.
Is there anything we can do?
