Question:
FL Condo 182 units rules for A/C service men access to the roof, which we do keep locked.
We require license and insurance in order to work on units on the roof. Some owners refuse to comply, and try to get roof access to bring in uninsured service people.
When I refuse access, they state they used those repair men in the past. No matter how often I post notices regarding roof access rules some owners get irate and try to slip a repairman in.
Any suggestions on how to tighten up the roof access?
