I moved in this complex two years ago. Found out this complex allows for the owners to have large parties on the grass in front of other units. A lady died and 100 people came over with 36 or more cars cooking out doors and running around on all our decks. It seems to me this should not happen in a complex with so many homes. Bylaws state no person has the right to disrupt others. Seems like having a picnic and large parties on the lawn next to all units should not be allowed. What do others think ?
