Laundry list of complaints against board in FL

Question:

Our condo association has villas, townhomes and condominiums. Most of us stopped attending board meetings because the board would dictate what was going to be done and do so without approval from owners.

The first complaint is that the majority of board members live in the villas and townhomes. a 6 ft. fence and new shrubbery were placed on that side of the property this year.

When the other side asked why wasn't it continued around the rest of the property, we were told that it was a safety issue on that side so I guess the rest of the property has to deal with wild life chasing us and people walking in behind buildings and the street.

2nd complaint, ficus shrubs being taking down on one side of property and not the other again when we asked the board president, the answer was someone complained to the state so we have to do this side first but yet we are all paying for it now, the rest of us half to wait 3 years.

3rd complaint, BBQ grills, said condominium's could not have them but the villas and townhomes can. We were told it was a law so I emailed the Deputy Fire Marshall for Coconut Creek and he sent me the new law that does not state what is being told to the owners.

4th complaint is homeowners continuously ask for certificate of insurance, copy of CC&R's along with any updates or amendments and are ignored. I have a list of signatures from owners.

5th complaint is regarding the noise complaints I have against upstairs neighbors who have ruined my master bathroom by running a broken shower head. I complained to the board at a meeting and brought another homeowner with me for proof and the board and property management stated I never told them, well the neighbors were notified by us and stated they would fix the problem and didn't because again on Oct. 3, 2015 they turned on the shower again and for the second time flooded our bathroom.

The HOA sent out a plumber who looked in both units and gave me a copy of the report that cited the neighbors for the damage.Think that would be the end, nope I was informed by my neighbor that the HOA and property management had advised the owner not to give me his homeowners insurance information until they received the report from the plumber, who stated that the plumbing company had already given it to them.

Yes, the board and property management are yet again withholding information from the owners and advising the unit at fault not to give us their information. This office is not an attorney, so why are they advising and doing so illegally?

And, the HOA advised the unit to complain against us for smoking outside.
