Question:

storage-podA broken pipe outside my unit, that connects to my unit, developed condensation, clogged and caused a great amount of damages.

After 12 weeks of no bedroom and an expensive Pod in the parking lot, I am filing suit for damages. Do I have to use my insurance if I caused none of the damage?

I have incurred a major amount of cost due to the politics of a governing board.

Isn't 4 months excessive to do repairs at the expensive of the homeowner, who was not neglectful in this situation?
