My condo association wants me to resign or I will be sued!

Question:

My condo association is giving me the option to resign or be sued for failure of fiduciary responsibilities. They are stating that I talked to the ex-management company and requested for them to take me back. Not true, as much as he did a horrible job in managing, I will never piss off a lawyer.lawyer-shoving-document

They also state that I was looking to terminate the present contract. They could have probable cause for that. I had thought that the contract was up this year? We are a four section community. We have four presidents and function as a separate entities. It seems to me that two sections get to make all the rules and change votes.

At every meeting, they speak, and if you don't agree, they will kick you out of the club. It's about power to them. I have managed 126 units by the book, and as a open book. Whatever anyone needed they were assured I would get the job done. I have always put their best interest first, no matter what. I truly believe that I did not breach any laws that state that I cant pick the brain of a contractor once and a while. To them it's unprofessional. To me it's just life. How do I fight them?  I live in Pennsylvania.
