Question:
Some disgruntled, problem, bullying condo owners, along with their attorney friend, had an illegal election and took fake proxies to the association's bank. They took all the funds and closed the accounts.
The bank is not cooperating or communicating with the real board or its attorney.
One of the owners has a family member that worked at the same bank where the funds were taken.
As a result, bills are due and checks have bounced. The police say it is a civil matter and will not help.
