Problem with entrance into the condo complex


Question:

My condo complex is called The Woodlands.  The association has failed to maintain a clear and unsoiled entrance for cars to enter in my particular area. There is always... ALWAYS glass in the parking lot for weeks on end. As a result my tires must be aired once every few days, even after I've replaced them several times. For a few days my tires were flat and I used my other vehicle. The management office notified me that my car (which is parked in my space) must have fully inflated tires otherwise it will be towed. I haves maintained fully inflated tires daily. Today they came by taking pictures of my tires, yet there is still glass in the parking lot that has been there for weeks. It's incredible they can come hawk my vehicle, but they fail to send anyone into the Lot to clean the glasses outside fence is also falling apart and they never finished putting drywall on my basement. They also left tools in my basement that have been here for over a year. The potholes they have in the entry way of our driveway in our area are atrocious! Recently thy have had roofing done and their roofers threw the panels in our yard when they were done. This is a consistent problem. I want to complain about them to a higher authority, but I dont know who to complain to. Wisconsin.
