Recently bought condo in PA, now rules changing to disallow renting

Question:

rule-changing-condo-rentalI bought a condo on June 24 2015.

One of my requirements to buy it was the possibility to rent it in the future, the bylaw states that I can do it after 2 years. It is written in my sale agreement that I am able to rent it after two years.

But now, the president of the Association has decided to change the bylaws not to allow any more renting except for himself, who is grandfathered and owns 4 apartments in the building, 3 of them are rented and 1 is empty.

What can I do to keep my right to rent the condo? I also feel discriminated against since I am from Argentina.

I need to be able to rent it, just in case I go back to my country and am not able to sell it. Thanks a lot for your answer.
