If we choose the option to pay it off in 10 years with interest, can we sell our condo? They say if we don't make a lump sum payment ,we cannot pay it off early.

What happens when we go to sell our condo? Also, they want the lump sum paid to the office, not to our management company, is this legal? Thank you.
