St. Louis MO leaking roof - is owner or association responsible?

Question:

drenched_kitchen_smallI own a condo on the 1st floor of a 6 unit building.

Mine is the only unit with an extra room off of the back with its own roof. I recently had water get in, damaging the ceiling, and it also looks like it will need a new roof.

They did find a crack in the roof, but also there is a downspout from the top of the building that dumps all its water into the roof, most likely overwhelming the gutters on the extra room.

My question is, since this roof only serves the extra room in my unit, should the association be responsible since it's a building structure, or should I have to pay for everything?
