Condo Association and HOA Creative Fundraising Ideas

I'm looking for ideas for creative fundraising for our condo association. We're thinking of doing the % split with an area restaurant on certain nights. We're open to any ideas on how to keep condo fees low but still provide for the community in these tight times. Thanks!

Our local newspaper, the St. Paul Pioneer Press, just had a Sunday article called "The ABCs of School Fundraisers." It had tips about auctions, selling products, free money: box tops, labels and cartridges, paying with plastic profit, book fairs, carnivals and festivals, coupon books, and "thons." Go to twincities.com and put school fundraising primer in search. Good luck!

Our company builds and manages FREE private-label online fundraising malls for community organizations. With well over 100 top online retailers available on your site your organization would receive a % of all sales. No volunteers, Organizing, Direct Sales. We build and manage it and you promote your site. If you would like more info or to discuss this further you can visit our sitewww.yourfundraisersite.com or contact me directly at 1-800-683-0266. Thank you.

I am a property owner in several projects. It just so happens my company provides sustainable funding / savings programs that help HOA's improve their common amenities for voice and data. Some HOA's choose to pass on the savings, while others are using the savings to build up funds for the association to use elsewhere and avoid assessments.

We have clients all over the US. The process involves consolidating voice and or data services by putting in a PBX or WI FI Internet systems. Since most people use and pay for phone and internet, it is fairly easy to create savings which can translate into self funding opportunities. Often the internet and phone can create positive cash flows for the HOA from the very first month by leasing the systems so that no capital budget need be utilized!

Please contact me via e mail for more info. I have a spreadsheet you can use to project your savings / funding based on your current expenses.

It is often a substantial amount of money that can be saved each month with these programs. Not every complex is a good candidate for either opportunity since construction materials, cabling infrastructure and other things come into play.
