property managerI have been asked by the President of the HOA to explore ways in which we can evaluate / assess the current level of satisfaction with the current property management company. Is there a blueprint out there of a general evaluation tool that we might work from? HELP!

I am a little confused as to the list of 8 questions. 
 
Why would anyone expect a property manager to handle permits? 
 
Permits are handled and obtained by the companies performing the work. 
 
To comment on several of the other questions to ask....there is more than project management for property managers.
