Can non-owner participate in condo association meetings?

Is there any laws stating that if your condo is in a trust to you but you are not a owner and have no right to the HOA? How does that work? They tell me i can come to the meeting i just can't talk or ask question because my condo is not in my name - it in a trust to me? Can someone please expand this to me?

If your by laws include Roberts Rules to prevail on issues not covered, there is a procedure for which a non member could speak

The last time this issue came up at one of my board meetings, the guy had paperwork to show that he was the beneficiary of the trust and he was there in his representative capacity. For example, if a bank or corporation owns a unit, they can have one of their representatives or attorneys at the meeting to vote or protect their ownership interest. Naturally, you'd have to show the paperwork to them but if it's all legitimate there should be no problem with you representing your trust at the meeting.
