CondoAssociation.com partnered with The Management Trust to bring you this free webinar on association financial management.

Does your community association board need a lesson on how to better manage its financials? Unsure as to what the best practices are to monitor payments from residents, and whether or not your community should be on a cash or accrual basis?

Join The Management Trust and get answers to these questions and much more by joining our quarterly webinar on May 10th (at 1pm PDT) entitled "Financials 101."

Northwest Community Management's Vice President of Accounting, Anthony Matson, will host this informative webinar to educate all participants on one of the most important components to effective community management.

He'll discuss the two methods of accounting, review the five (plus 1) basic financial statement reports, and give clear examples of important monthly association statement summaries that will keep your board more fiscally responsible.
