Condo association doesnt want to give owner's employee access

My association is part of a master association. They are installing a new security system (proximity card) to replace the old key system. They do not wish to issue a card to a CPA we employ who comes by early before he goes to his office and late after he leaves his office. If we lose his services due to inconvenient access, has the MB violated their fiduciary duty to us?

You can also offer to buy an additional card that is tied to your home. Each card should be tied to a home/condo. While it may seem unreasonable, there is a cost per card.

How does your association determine how many cards each household gets? Some only have one person living there and some might have a family of eight. I am just saying they don't always need to know that it's an employee that comes in. Maybe it's aunt.

This may be a violation of the American's with disabilities act. You may want to check this out with HUD.

Mary, where did you see anything about ADA or any disability in the message? I assumed CPA is a Certified Public Accountant. Does is stand for anything else?

He is our accountant.

The proximity cards are photo ID and a picture is taken with each actuation.

I thought "CPA" meant "certified personal attendant", although my first thought was "certified pub. accountant", but then thought "Nah, why would their CPA need to visit every day, morning and evening?" At any rate, he should be able to access the complex the same as any other visitor.
