Condo association looking for recommendation on plumbing supplies

My 220 unit condo association has a number of washer hose floods causing thousands of dollars in damages. The board wants to implement an efficient, economical program to install new hoses in each unit. They've heard conflicting opinions on how to accomplish this and what brand of replacement hoses to use. We'd appreciate your input.

Not enough information. Are the washers being supplied by the association in a laundry room or in assoc. owned condo rentals units? Maybe the assoc. is responsible. If they are in the individual units, why is the assoc. responsible? In FL we are responsible for washer / dryers and all appliances in our personal owned condo.
Also, have you gone to internet and asked this question in the "search" box? Ask someone at Lowes, Home Depot, hardware stores, etc. Are there any plumers in the assoc?

install new hoses in each unit.

have you BOB via bylaw amendment set a maintance standard. Then owners can go to Walmart and get steel hoses for $7-$10, install themselves. While you are at it get rid of plastic dryer hoses, they are fire hazard

I agree with Randi, not enough information.

In our case, the washer and dryers are in each condo and because of that they are owner responsibility period. Should damages occur because of a "washer hose" issue, it is up to the condo owner and their insurance company to pay for ALL the damages as they are liable.

Were we to have a chronic issue like yours, the most we do is send out a flyer asking them to check their hoses, remind them of the cost should one break, and suggest replacement if they are older than x years. In addition, we would provide names of at least three local suppliers and repair companies.

Go to your local Home Depot or Lowe's or whomever. Ask for the Auto Shut Off washing machine hose. They work!
