HOA Successfully Collects $10,000 in Delinquent Owner Condo Fees

Newcastle Homeowners Association has successfully used our Demand Notification Letter and Collections Notice Service to quickly remedy delinquent assessment fees for over $10,000.

Delinquent homeowners were in arrears to the association for over 6 months.  Newcastle purchased our collection letters online with a credit card for $120.  Both Demand Notification Letters and Collections Notices were generated and sent certified mail to the delinquent owner in 3 business days. 

After receiving the collection letters, the condo owners hastily contacted the Association and paid off their delinquent condo fee debts.

Do condo owners get to vote for an increase of their assessment or is it just the board members who decide?

I think its different for each condo association. The condo docs and bylaws will tell you who needs to vote on assessments; the association or board members.

Is it ok for a Board to notify all the credit unions for a delinquency? We also have a bankruptcy where the unit owner's estate lawyer is involved (the unit is being rented and they are not paying rent anymore), can we sue him since he now has control or do we still have to sue the owner? Thanks.
