Question:
What are the penalties to owners for violating the minimum days of stay (30 consecutive day minimum) as defined in the condo association docs & bylaws?
It further states that any and every owner is hereby granted the right to enjoin any and every other owner or tenant that violates this provision of this paragraph.
What does this mean? How do you enforce this? Is it necessary to seek legal council and if so, request court to pass on this expense to the offender?
