Would FL owner suing association have to pay fees if suit is won?

Question:

paying-legal-feesPlease inform me regarding a matter concerning legal fees. I have filed a complaint against the BOD of my condo association for not carrying out. ...not enforcing.... Not noticing broken and unattended rules in need of board's attention and correction.

I do not know if I will be awarded legal fees or not but my question is this:

1 - IF I win do the legal fees come out of the reserves?

2 - Isn't the BOD to be insured with a insurance policy to provide for this matter?

3 - Rumor has it that if I do win, as an owner, I would have to pay the legal fees as all other owners would be responsible too.

Seems incomprehensible that if I should win my plight, I would be expected to be responsible to pay for legal fees as considered an owner.
