25 out of 70 units are rentals - what are we now?

Question:

confused-old-guyWhen I purchased my condo 19 years ago, there were NO RENTALS. To date there are 25 rentals out of the 70 units in our Association.

Is our community still considered a condo minimum or a rental under these circumstances?
