51 year old getting evicted from 55+ community

Question:

My son who is 51 and disabled lives in a condo whose rules are a minimum of 55. However, he did not lie, told them the truth and received approval for one year. He naturally assumed there would be no problem staying but now they are trying to evict him for being underage. Do we have an argument to prevent his eviction?
