Recently boat marina got a new lock on access to our boat. I have lived here for 20 years and have had two keys for my husband and me. My husband uses a walker to get to our boat and has COPD and respiratory issues.
We are only allowed one key now. I was denied a second key for “security” issues. I am fearful I will not be able to get to him if he has an emergency or is weak and needs me to help him. Is there a law against this denying an officially handicapped person his own key? Thanks.
Thoughts?
