The air conditioner condensation line in the wall is clogged.
The exit drain to the condo is buried underground.
No tech, ac company can repair this clog. The HOA has deemed this to be our responsibility to dig up the condo property to locate it and repair this outside exit pipe.
Can this be true?
They claim we are responsible for ac and it’s line.
Thoughts?
