Question:
Our FL condo association is investigating the resurface of outdoor cement stair coverings and outdoor cement walkway coverings.
They are covered with cork and painted. The cork is peeling in spots, and no amount of repainting permanently covers the cement, due to the peeling.
Has anyone else experienced that? We are hoping others have already dealt with this issue successfully. If you can, please help us.
