Understanding that litigation against a corrupt HOA is impractical and expensive my wife and I feel we have no choice because we are the intentional targets of constant harassment in the form of insupportable fines based on nothing, or worse, made up facts. The Unit Holders (147+) are apathetic and fearful of being targeted themselves. We know these thugs can't last forever and we don't want to move. We need self-help that we can do on our own. I am a well-respected lawyer in the community and do not by any stretch of your imagination deserve the treatment we are getting.
