Am I required to provide all our condo association information?

I am a new president in the state of Connecticut and one of our former board member wants all the financial information. I told her when I was an owner and she was a board member she told me I wasn't suppose to gethat information. She said per substitute house bill 6672 says I'm suppose to. I have tried to look it up but don't know what it has to do with the 36 unit cooperative. Please can someone help me?
