When a condo owner wants to install new windows or a door or widen a driveway should this be added as an agenda item to be approved at a Board Meeting? Now one person on a committee that never has a meeting checks out the request, has them fill out a form and it is never approved by the board at a board meeting so no record of these requests in the minutes. The only record would be the form that the owner filled out. What happens if this one person can't do this anymore?
