Are we obligated to give commercial condo units a board seat?


Question:

We have a condo building with two commercial condo units on street level.  The business want on seat on our board of five.  They currently do not have representations.  Are we obligated to provide them a board seat?  We are worried that there will be no control over the hours of operations or noise generated by the operations.  Atlanta GA
