Our board is still controlled by the sponsor/builder. He has 30 more units to sell. We have an offer to reduce TV cost by 50% if we have it billed to the HOA (one bill). The sponsor objects because this will increase the maintenance charge and he is still selling units.
How is this not a conflict of interest if he is representing the homeowners as a board member and also representing the interest of the sponsor/builder?
