I want to move out of my condo! When I try to make my condo, including the outside of my condo attractive to near-future buyers, this bully destroys my attempts to improve the outside of my condo. This bully damages the condo and cement! Board members left the board, because of this bully! This bully left much of their estate to the HOA!
Any suggestions?
Thoughts?
