Can a management company charge for a copy of the monthly financials?


Question:

This question is submitted by Joseph M. out of Florida

Every month, the management company provides financials to board members. If I want an electronic copy, do they have to provide it to me and can they charge me for it, since it already exists? All they have to do is enter my email address and attach it to the email. Thank you for your help.
