Please advise of legal advice if you cannot answer this. I'm in the middle of selling my condo and buying another in a different community. Contracts, paper work, searches, inspections, appraisals have all been completed., as well as closing dates. I went for my interview in the new place last week. I have submitted Emotional Support Animal letters for my two cats. At the interview, it was pointed out to me that visitors with pets are not allowed. THIS IS COMPLETE NEW INFORMATION TO ME AND WAS NOT TOLD TO ME WHEN I DISCUSSED RULES OVER THE PHONE WITH THE MANAGER. I have been baby sitting for my daughter's dog (when she leaves town on business) for many years. She is a board certified attorney and is away at times. Her dog is also an emotional support animal. How do I approach this situation short of canceling my condo purchase and therefore sale and cause myself substantial losses and aggravation for everyone involved.
