I attended an open board meeting in my community condo. During the open forum I questioned some irrigation work being done. The following month the minutes were published and all of the residents who spoke at the meeting were quoted in the minutes except me. The trustees think I may run for office. Can they just omit my comments from the minutes? New Jersey
