Can condo president remove letter detailing complaint

Question:

Can the Board President remove a letter written by owner that states the numerous issues the Board has complained to DBPR about? She personally removed them from unit owners' doors. All information contained in the letter is accurate (based on the Association's ledgers)...including "reimbursements/paid" to the President without receipts.
