Bought a condo 2 years back with a small deck in the front. Do not have permit for the deck from previous owner. There was water leakage below the deck and HOA removed the plans and repaired the leakage. They did not replace the planks. It was a safety hazard and I replaced the planks with no change to original deck. Now Board is asking me to remove the deck. What options/rights do I have? San Jose, California
