I live in Massachusetts where I own a condo with a deck on the first floor for over ten years. We have had no issues until the last 8 months or so. My wife who is mentally ill has been having issues with a resident that lives in a separate condo building across from our building about 150 feet away . What is my legal right in providing safety with installing security cameras? Its the weekend and our offices are closed. She freaking out. I have one camera in my condo that shows my front sliding door and deck and another one in my bed room to show the deck location.
