I am in litigation with my HOA over water and mold damage to my unit. I want to sell my unit because of financial reasons. I will have to sell my unit at a significantly reduced price. Will my lawsuit be able to continue after I sell? I've heard about losing your standing but we are already in litigation. I know the lawsuit would change a little bit on what I was going after. This is in Ohio. Also, when it changes hand would the association now have to repair the damage?
