Can management company mark up services to our HOA?


Question:

Should a condo management company, beyond it's monthly contracted fee, be allowed to add a mark-up on all outsourced services such as pool, elevator, cleaning,and landscaping maintenance? If so, shouldn't that be stated in the contract?
