Question:
My condo association annual meeting was in Sept. of 2015. We just got a notice of our HOA fee going up $20 starting Jan 1st 2016.
It says in the bylaws that they can raise fees for an emergency, maintenance of the common areas and to provide additions to the common ares.
Can they spend money on security for the complex? I have said to board before that this security expense takes away a lot of our funds.
We pay taxes to the city of Roseville, Mi for police. Thanks, Jeff
