# Can My Car Be Towed for Missing Condo Dues?

I live in NJ, I am 100% disabled and can drive locally. I am past due on my condo association dues BUT have made a agreement with them for a payment plan.

Is this even legal for a association to do if I am 100% disabled?

Why can't they just report me as late to the credit agencies. I will have to park on the street and have a far walk. is this legal?
