Can New Jersey condo board demand new fixtures in units?

Does New Jersey law allow condo association to require all owners to replace bathroom sinks, toilet, tub, floor tiles, kitchen cabinets? These items are inside each unit. No common area items. There is nothing wrong with the items. Board just want everyone to have newer looking fixtures. Any URL where I can study the appropriate laws? Thanks.
