Can owner pre-pay condo fees for a discount?

Question:

We were approached by an owner in our condo association who offered to pre-pay 3-5 years of condo fees in advance for a discount.  Seems warranted to me and would bolster cash flow.  Had anyone done anything like this in their associations?
