Question:
My condominum association repaired the roof and skylight in 2010.
Since then I have continued to have leaks in 3 different areas of my apartment, and now mold has grown in the ceilings. The water has now damanged my cabinets in the kitchen, over a period of 6 years.
Everytime i speak to the board in regards to my issues, they continue to say they will fix it, but there is never any solution.
Can I sue them for the damages? Are they responsible? Please let me know as I'm not sure what my rights are.
